You can make secure transactions without revealing your credit card number or financial information, giving you peace of mind and ensuring all of your details are secure and that your transactions are simple & hassle free. It's easy and free to sign up for a PayPal account if you don't already have one.

The free 10 day trial applies to all membership choices. After the initial 10 days you will be charged at the full rate for your chosen membership. Only 1 free trial per-person.

If you do not wish to proceed with full membership you must contact me before the end of the 10 day trial.

My Personal Trainer is a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time. Simply contact chris@my-personaltrainer.net and your cancellation/ change will be processed at the end of your current 30 day subscription.
